The Pride in Place Plan is Wrexham City Board's 10-year vision for the Wrexham submission to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. It follows the structure of the UK Government guidance and is formed around a high-level vision and initial 4-year Investment Plan. The Plan is the business case to secure the investment available from the UK Government. As such, it sets out the 'strategic case for change', which identifies the challenges that Wrexham faces and the opportunities to address them, using the funding available.
